We went shopping for our daughter’s birthday party and came home 2 hours later with the first floor flooded. I called several plumbers before I called SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter. They responded and came about one hour later. The break was inside the walls and required leak detection. Before leaving for the weekend the plumber was able to determine that it was the hot water pipe that was leaking. This provided us with at least cold water during the party and for the weekend. When they came after the weekend they were able to determine where the leak came from on their first attempt. They opened the wall and repaired the pipe expeditiously. They were very professional and meticulous when it came to their work and our home. We were updated on a regular basis on their progress. They showed us where the leak was and what actually caused it. We were so fortunate that, on our third call to a plumber, we reached SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter and that they were available within an hour to come to the rescue. I would strongly recommend SWAGS Plumbing and Rooter for any type of plumbing and rooter service.

Daniel was punctual and systematically helped diagnose the source of the leak from our upstairs bathroom. Although the root cause was not specifically found to be a plumbing issue, he was able to refer us to appropriate contacts to assist. We had an undetectable water leak at our home. We had one plumbing company come out, and they were not able to find the issue. I called SWAGS and they came over the same day, discovered were the leak was, and had it repaired the next day! Their response time was amazing, their service technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend SWAGS Plumbing! Thank you for the wonderful experience. Techs arrived on time to fix a leaking shower. Completed the job carefully and in a timely manner. Techs were respectful, communicated clearly, and kept their work area clean (they wore masks and plastic shoe covers). Compared to other plumbing services I’ve hired in the past, their rates were fair and reasonable. Will consider using SWAGS again.
