Jamie did a wonderful leak inspection job. I had a house that nobody lived inside for two years and received overly high bills for two years! Honestly, it is hard to find the leak point. He patiently checked all the possible leaks. He also friendly taught me a lot of plumbing knowledge so that I can better take care of my home, giving me a lot of suggestions of old/damaged parts that I need to pay extra attention to. Finally, after a bunch of testing, we found the timer for irrigation was set for too long and used too much water every night. It was genuinely nice work done!

They came out the next morning I called and fixed our drainage issue in 1hr! The technician is very knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions. Great work and thanks!

Daniel was very courteous, patient, and clean with everything, especially since he had to go into the crawl space. I would be happy to call them next time we need plumbing help.

Christian was very thorough every step of the way and made me so glad to get our drain pipe cleared out by him! We had a clog in our main drain pipe from kitchen to main of about 55’. He went into the crawl space and took many pictures and reviewed it with me and pin point areas of concern. We knew going in our 60 year old galvanized drain pipe has outlived its life so he went through and also gave us a quote on replacement but also answered all my questions and concerns about the process, what materials they use and such. It’s my first time with this plumbing company, but if he is a reflection of the company culture I give it 10 out of 5 stars!

Call 24hr SWAGS 24hr Plumbing & Rooter. Talk with Jaime who ask me to describe my Plumbing issue. Both Master Bedroom and Hallway Bath room toilets were not flushing and the Shower(s) were drains were making bubble noises and sewer dirty water was bubbling up both showers. I told Jaime, I had the Master Plumbing upgraded under the Master Shower & Toilet. Jaime said check your sewer line to street. Bingo cap was blown off with sewer water mess flowing out like a volcano. Jaime said San Jose has 24 hour sewer emergency to clean line from sidewalk to street. Sanitary Sewer of San Jose just left my house after flushing line. Jaime, was a professional listener and provided great plumbing diagnostics to resolve our issue. I highly recommend SWAGS who knows customer service and will call on SWAG for any future service.

From start to finish I was very I was very impressed with their professionalism and communication. They were quick to respond, schedule an appt and arrived as promised. Daniel was very skilled and not at all bothered with our multiple questions. He educated us and gave us options for our garbage disposal that didn't work (let it be because it was not highly used, buy the part ourselves and have them replace it or have them buy it and replace it). Very honest, friendly and trustworthy. Didn't even charge us for his time when he was able to fix issues with needing parts or equipment. I cannot recommend them enough. I will definitely call them for any future plumbing needs.

My kitchen faucet suddenly stopped working on a Friday, and based on a great prior experience with them fixing my bathroom sink, I gave them a call. They returned my message within five minutes, already a great start. They walked me through a quick check over the phone, and when that didn’t solve it, they sent Christian out the same afternoon. He quickly identified that one valve had been turned off, which caused both to stop working and fixed it on the spot. What really stood out was their honesty: they didn’t charge me anything for the visit! That level of integrity is rare. Had a problem with my garbage disposal, and Daniel came out to help. He tried for a while to get it unstuck, but it looks like the motor started to smoke and it’s a goner. He also unclogged the overflow from my dishwasher. He ended up not charging me a single penny and spent a lot of time here. Cannot be more happy with their service and I highly recommend them!

I had a problem with my water cartridge snapping in half and I called a plumber before this one and they quoted me $470! This place offered the service for $270. They couldn’t come until the next day, but recommended me steps to try and get the cartridge out. After 1 hour I was able to do it with their help. Would definitely recommend.

Swags and Christian Vazquez have helped me twice and they’ll be my go to from now on. When my laundry room flooded and the adjacent kitchen and bathroom were also affected, Chris cleared out the blockage in the main pipes and was really good about explaining and showing me the diagnosis, the steps he was taking and options to address our very old pipes. Prior to this Chris installed a new toilet for us. He’s done quality work and I highly recommend them!

Look no further, this is the best plumbing business in the bay area. I've had several plumbers in my 19 years living here and there is no comparison. Excellent communication and professional service from Jaime and Christian. I had my garbage disposal replaced and toilet sealed. My double sink has always been quirky and Christian could tell what was wrong when I never even mentioned it. The piping under the sink was installed incorrectly and food was backing up to the other side. That will be my next project to have fixed!

Jaime came over to my house to check on our hot water heater that stopped working the night before. He was quick to answer my phone calls and text messages. He helped us relight our pilot and was very informative on hot water heaters and what to look for, how long hot water heaters last, andwhere to check on the date of the hot water heater’s manufacture date. I asked him how much he is charging for this service call, and he said “Don’t worry about it.” I was pleasantly surprised and I will call him back for any future service and/or replacement. Very happy with his service. A+++

I searched Yelp for a plumber in my area after another plumber I had previously used wasn’t able to make a scheduled appointment due to one of their jobs lasting longer than planned. I found Swags had a 4.9 Yelp rating and they were local in the San Jose area, which I preferred. I also saw that they were a family owned business, and I like supporting small business owners. I needed the water softener pipes reconnected after having had them disconnected during a remodeling project. Christian phoned me about 20 minutes prior to his arrival letting me know what his ETA was. He arrived right on time and introduced himself and took a look at the job that required him going underneath the house. He came back out from under the house and explained what he was going to do. Christian was an excellent communicator, had a great easy going demeanor, and very professional. He got the water pipes reconnected quickly. On a scale from one to 10 I would rate him and Swags Plumbing a 10+! in fact, I told Christian that if I ever needed their services again, I would specifically ask for him. They’re my go to plumbing company from here on out. Two thumbs up! 1/3/26 - Additional review - After my brother told me about his high (over 100 PSI) water pressure at his house I decided to check our water pressure with an old water pressure gauge I had. Connecting it to the hose bib near the water supply line my water pressure gauge read 120 PSI, way higher than the recommended 60 PSI for residential pressure. I previously had Swags handle a plumbing job and was very happy with not only the quality of the workmanship, but the friendly and competent plumber, Christian, who responded. Once again I called Swags and told Jaime that I needed a pressure regulator valve (PRV) because our water pressure was too high further explaining we didn't have a PRV. After texting pictures of the water supply line to Jaime so he could see the area where the work needed to be done, he quoted me a price and explained in detail the the work that would be required and the reason for the cost. I gave Jaime the 'go ahead'. Before Jaime came over, I asked if he could bring his water pressure gauge thinking mine may be inaccurate. Jaime brought two different gauges which read just slightly over 60 PSI, took pictures of the readings, and showed both of them to me. So at that point I realized the installation of a PRV wouldn't be necessary. I offered to pay Jaime for his time but he declined. I thanked him for his honesty and integrity. Finding trades people who have those qualities can be hit or miss. Jaime offered to drop by during the week to double check since he came on a weekend when more people were home, when water usage would typically be higher, as opposed to during a weekday, when more people would be away at work or school. I can't recommend Swags Plumbing enough!

I contacted SWAGS to inquire about replacing my shower systems (valves and adding handhelds). They sent out a technician right away for consultation and I got a text confirmation. The technician patiently walked me through my questions, possible options and what would be involved for each...He even volunteered to tighten all the valves and switch couple shower heads/arms to address my concerns and provide a temporary solution. He also pointed out things I didn't think of/realize, which probably would save both of us several trips if we were to go ahead with the project. (for me getting the wrong parts or missing parts etc) You can tell they want to do things right the first time and they are very knowledgable. Throughout the whole time, I was not rushed or pressured to use their service. The technician was very courteous, and the communication was very clear and honest. At the end, the consultation fee was waived entirely and I got estimates for a few other plumbing projects. I would definitely consider hiring them when it's time to do the job (unless I could get a significantly lower quote elsewhere =P I haven't got a chance to obtain other quotes, so their price may be very well reasonable. Also, from talking to the technician, I feel the company treats its employees fair and well.) Highly recommend to contact SWAGS first for your plumbing needs!

Very very professional and reliable, fantastic communication. I had an gas leak issue in the garage. They arrived in a day on time. They did professional diagnostics on multiple points. Clearly communicated the root cause. Their quote includes an full spectrum inspection that guarantees no further leaks. (As part of their warranty) . I didn't end up in the contract because I turned to the warranty of the original installer. I'll definitely go with them next time if there is other issue.

The floor around our dishwasher was warping and we suspected a leak. Within 45 minutes of calling, Christian arrived and was able to quickly find the leak. He walked us through what he found and explained different options to fix it. He also went the extra mile and checked our crawl space to see if the subfloors were damaged or wet. The whole time he was polite and kind! I will definitely be reaching out again if we run into new issues!

We recently had a great experience with SWAGS across the board! We had a leak in our walls going down into our crawlspace and SWAGS sent out a technician on the same day. Christian did a great job of assessing the problem, and making recommendations on our various options. Since the leak happened on a shower we were still under warranty for, he gave us a quote for their repair but also recommended we get it serviced by our contractor under the warranty and provided the details we should give them to identify and address the problem as easily as possible. All this for no charge because it was a quick trip that resulted in a quote! We will definitely contact them for any plumbing needs we have in the future.

I recently moved and wanted to replace the cartridges on the under sink water filter in the kitchen, but had no idea what size or parts were needed. SWAGS quickly responded and scheduled service for the next day. Christian arrived promptly, found the exact parts that were needed, and provided me with helpful information to maintain the system in the future. Had an issue where our water bill was 10x the normal bill. Called the city and to do check for leaks between property and county lines and they recommended a plumber so I found Jaime at SWAGS. We talked through the issues and he helped guide me through various steps to check for potential leaks and looked at the water pressure sensor throughout each of the tests. We identified the issue directly over the phone which saved a trip for him - super efficiency and patient throughout the entire process and was very communicative. He didn’t end up coming to the property but my interaction with him was great. Highly recommend, will be my first call for all future plumbing needs.

Contacted SWAGS due to our shower having almost zero water pressure over the last few months. They came out the next day and discovered it was the cartridge needing to be replaced. The part needed to be ordered and they installed it two days later. Great customer service and communication. We also had them replace our water heater two years ago along with correcting some other things that were done wrong by a previous contractor prior to us buying our home. Would recommend them 100%. Definitely know they’re doing the job right the first time
